2007 STUDENT TICKET POLICY UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS Payment of the student activity fee validates an undergraduate's VU student identification card for the football, baseball, and basketball season. This validation allows the student to present their VU student ID card at Gate 3 or Gate 4 of Vanderbilt Stadium for entry to all SIX home games. For basketball, the card has to be presented at the Student Entrance near the Southeast Entrance for entry to all the home games. This validation does not guarantee entry, it only establishes eligibility. Validations must be done before game-days and will not be validated on game-days. GRADUATE STUDENTS After a graduate student has registered for the fall semester, the grad student is allowed to validate his/her VU student identification card for season tickets. The athletic validation fee for Football is $20.00 and allows the grad student to enter at Gate 3 or Gate 4 of Vanderbilt Stadium. Also for football, grad students can opt to sit in section H and can ask for a ticket in section H to the usher only at Gate 3. The athletic validation fee for Basketball is $20.00 and allows the grad student into the Student Entrance near the Southeast Entrance. There is no validation fee for baseball and grad students can get in free based on availability. This fee must be paid at the Ticket Office in the McGugin Center and the student must present a valid VU student identification card. The Ticket Office will begin accepting these fees on August 22, 2007. This per season fee will validate the ID card for that season and will have to be revalidated every season. If the student leaves school for any reason, the validation will be voided. This validation does not guarantee entry, it only establishes eligibility. SPOUSES and DEPENDENTS If you were issued a spouse ID prior to July 1, 2006, you may validate the VU identification card in the same manner as a graduate student listed above. A spouse or dependent account is separate and cannot be ordered under the student's account. We will begin accepting these fees on August 22, 2007. If not issued a spouse ID prior to July 1, 2006, then a spouse or dependent of an undergraduate or graduate student may obtain a VU identification card in the following manner: the student must accompany the spouse and/or dependent to the VU Card Office, 184 Sarratt Student Center, with a copy of their marriage license, a photo ID of the spouse and the $10.00 activation fee for each card. After obtaining the VU identification card, the spouse and/or dependent is then eligible to validate his/her card in the same manner as a graduate student listed above. STUDENT ENTRY PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS Each student must have a valid VU identification card and only one entry per card per game or event. LOST or STOLEN ID CARDS If lost or stolen must be replaced through Commodore card office, there is no exception. ROAD TICKET POLICY A Vanderbilt Student must have a valid id and is allowed to order one ticket. Tickets must be ordered at the McGugin Center in person. (Limited Quantity, First Come First Serve)
