PHOENIXVILLE HEAD COACH BILL FURLONG
"Rob is coming off a dominating year for us. He didn't have the problems some seniors have with expectations. Rob lived up to them and enjoyed a great year.

"Rob is an extremely sound all-around player. As a tight end, he was both our best blocker and receiver. He averaged 23-24 yards a catch and caused some some matchup problems when we put him out wide.

"On defense, Rob was tremendously active, such a complete player that teams went out of their way to go away from him. Rob is a versatile defensive end, just as effective defending the option as he was rushing the passer.
